But then why the hell does it happen a second time?

She likes him.

Our Thoughts on Whiskey Dick

Jax is not a fan of flying, so a little alcohol before the flight sounds like a good idea right? It shouldn’t be too much of an issue if it’s mixed with something to calm his nerves right? He meets Paisley at the airport bar – who is just as scared of flying as he is – and they immediately hit it off. They can have a one night stand before they head back home without any fallout right? What follows is a hilarious journey for these two as they try to find their way back to Jersey from Florida – after a failed one night stand, should be fun. Good luck to them!

I was so excited to read this book. It sounded funny and I knew it’d be enjoyable – just from the description. This author had me laughing so much while reading this – I swear at some points my eyes were tearing up from laughing too much. This is not a long read – I was able to read through both the books in a day – but it is worth all the laughs. You will enjoy watching the relationship roller coaster that author Ryan Ringbloom takes Jax and Paisley. Both Whiskey Dick and Whiskey Chick are available now through Kindle Unlimited as well; if you haven’t had a chance to read either – I highly recommend you fix that!

Okay, so the first date didn’t work out. But what happens when the second one doesn’t either?

Our Thoughts on Whiskey Chick

Remi has gone on one blind date, and it went so badly that she has not gone on another since. She has actually made the rule for herself that she will not drink on her dates. There is good news though – she will probably never see Adam again. Adam has told the story of “whiskey chick” to his family more times than he can count – the horrible blind date that ended in a messy situation for him. Two years later and Reno’s good friend Jen invites her to spend the weekend at her family’s cabin & to try to hook her up with her brother. However – Jen didn’t tell that she has two brothers & even though Remi was so sure she would never see Adam again, they are thrown together for an entire weekend and hilarity ensues.

I hadn’t read anything by author Ryan Ringbloom before but the brief description of this was enough to catch my eye. This book follows the events of Whiskey Dick, which you do not have to read in order to follow the story of this one. However if you read Whiskey Chick first, you will know pretty much how the first book ends. I think I fell in love with Remi‘s character; she is fun, she has no filter, and she is not ashamed of any part of her personality. I loved how she handled running into Adam again – she wavered for a bit but in the end stayed true to her character. This isn’t a very long read – Amazon has it listed at 141 pages – but it is the perfect length for an afternoon read. Both Whiskey Dick and Whiskey Chick are available on Kindle Unlimited as well. If you haven’t read these yet – grab your copy today! You’ll definitely enjoy it.

ABOUT RYAN RINGBLOOM

Hi, I’m Ryan Ringbloom, a Jersey girl who doesn’t write Alphas. I couldn’t if I tried. Social Media stresses me the frick out, yet I can’t seem to walk away from it. I love to binge watch TV. I think cats are awesome. I’m obsessed with coffee and Fireball. But never together. My road rage is ridiculous. And if there is ever a zombie apocalypse, I won’t even try to run. I will let the first one I see eat my brain and get it over with.
