This was my first read by Joanne Rock it I have always loved romances that involve billionaires – and who doesn’t like a good surprise baby book? – so I was so excited for the chance to read and review this.
This book follow Maresa who has unexpectedly become a monther to her brother’s daughter. She’s trying to juggle a full time job, her mother’s illness and her brother’s injury – now a baby is added to the mix? So much stress!  Cameron is going in as an undercover boss pretending to be a high-maintenance guest at his hotel to see if he can figure out what is causing the decline in revenue; this puts him in close quarters with Maresa and the intense chemistry that they both feel almost instantly.
I don’t want to spoil the ending so I won’t go into anymore detail but I will say that I loved this book. I read through it so quickly I went back and re-read it again to make sure I didn’t miss anything.  The pace of the book is good but as the reader we get so into it we just finish the book so quickly.  I haven’t read any of her other books but I might go check them out. This book had enough drama to offset the romance & make it a well rounded read. The characters are well developed and very relatable to the readers (well maybe not the billionaire aspect but the personalities are).  If you get the chance to read this – I highly recommend it.
